The CasinoFlex system is a management system for slot machines that retrieves the information from the slot machine via, among other things, the VAN protocol.
The interface developed and designed by CasinoFlex Systems itself is installed in every slot machine, this interface collects all data that is stored on a central server. The data is processed here in order to be displayed and used in a desired format. This data forms the basis for all other modules such as accounting, jackpots, the player loyalty program and TouchPay. There is also the option of installing a color display in the slot machine, which makes it possible to inform the player about certain marketing campaigns or personal messages.

The module also gives the possibility to analyze and track players and their behavior. Various reports are possible here to which the marketing can be targeted. A condition for installing the loyalty program is that the TouchPay module is installed.
CasinoFlex Systems TouchPay
The CasinoFlex Systems TouchPay module is an efficient way to allow players to play cashless at the casino. This RFID technology has several advantages, such as the absence of cash in the gaming room, user-friendliness for the player and the elimination of the majority of coins. TouchPay can also be used in hybrid mode so that the player can decide for himself whether he wants to play with coins or with a TouchPay card or token.
The hardware for the TouchPay module is easy to install by assembling the TouchPay sensor on the machine. The TouchPay module can be connected to the existing interface, so it is also possible to add TouchPay to an existing system at a later stage. By means of a colored illuminated ring in the module, the player can easily see whether the transaction has been completed successfully (put money with card on the machine and put money from the machine on the card). TouchPay can be offered and used with both an RFID card and a player token.
The CasinoFlex System app (available for Android and iOS) allows you to stay informed about what is happening in the casino (real time results, jackpots, etc.) from a distance.
